In view of the amendments to the Advocacy Law of the Republic of Latvia taking effect, making it possible, among other things, for sworn advocate firms to change their legal status, we registered our firm as a limited company.
ZAB Atlācis un Partneri was founded in 2008, based on a decision of the Latvian Council of Sworn Advocates. On 30 March 2021, the successor of ZAB Atlācis un Partneri was registered in the Commercial Register, under the name:
SIA ‘Zvērinātu advokātu birojs “Atlācis un Partneri”’

This change of legal status will not affect the firm’s activities, the quality of its services, or the manner in which it works with its attorneys. The client appointment and service procedure will remain the same.
