A client of the Atlācis un Partneri sworn advocate firm wanted to sell a company that owned real estate, and had a lease agreement with a tenant.
Solution
After moving the assets that interested the buyer in a separate company, the firm’s specialists prepared the documents necessary for the transaction, as instructed by the client, which were approved by the client and the buyer, and by the credit institutions financing both the parties in the transaction. In view of the fact that the transaction involved a number of resolutive and suspensive conditions, it was critical that the client would be able to restore its initial legal and actual situation if the transaction were to be cancelled prior to its completion. After a long time working on the approval of the transaction documents and the supervision of the fulfilment of the transaction, it was ultimately successfully completed, with the assistance of the firm.
